Tonto Dike Set To Represent Nigeria In Big Brother Africa

Big Brother Africa Season 8 tagged Stargames is set to feature Nigeria movie idol, Tonto Dikeh. The actress who has since been receiving congratulatory messages from her friends is one of the people to watch out for this new season.
Remember, the last year edition featured the deceased entertainer, Goldie Susan Harvey, Tonto who is already controversially inclined is representing her country Nigeria.

Annie Macaulay – Idibia Mobbed

Fresh from hosting family and friends to multi-million naira wedding festivities in faraway Dubai, Annie Macaulay- Idibia was the cynosure of all eyes at the event.

Attired in white and grey, fresh-faced Annie nearly took the shine off every other guest present at Omawumi’s Lasso of Truth concert as everybody wanted to either hug her, congratulate or take pictures with her. Even the paparazzi would not let her be as they clicked away.

Meanwhile, so many of the female guests could not take their eyes off newly wedded Innocent Idibia a.k.a Tuface.
The African Queen crooner entered the venue dressed in a black suit teamed with his usual eyewear. If he thought he had escaped from the bevy of ladies who besieged him back stage, Omawumi, the hostess, lured him to serenade the audience with one of his popular numbers.
Guess the one she chose? ‘If Love is A Crime’! The crowd went wild. Indeed, he remains a ladies’ man.

Should the battle for sexy actors also be another topic for debate among Ghana and Nigerian movie fans, or should concerned people of the art rather name and shame actors who don’t put much effort in their acting career?

We came across one hot debate that generated lots of comments and insults on Facebook, twitter,etc. One Ghanaian actor who was actively campaigning and debating against Nigerian actors is actor- Leo Mensah, one of Ghana’s promising actors.

This story has been trending but I decided not to dabble into it until I know more with regards to what actually transpired between Yoruba actress, Mercy Aigbe and her husband Mr Lanre Gentry.

A father, Mr Onyekachi Ekwelum, who sold his six-month-old baby to raise money to process his travel documents, has been charged before a magistrate in court to defend his action.

The 12-year-old girl, who'd gone to the West African country on holiday with relatives, needed urgent care but the nearest hospital couldn't deal with her condition.

Operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad, SARS, have foiled an attempt by a syndicate to swindle a serving senior military officer of N300 million in Lagos.

Also, they were said to have arrested three suspected members of the syndicate which specialized in printing fake foreign currencies, selling same at cheaper rates to gullible members of the public.

Recovered from them were machines used to print the fake notes, fake certificate of the Central Bank of Nigeria, CBN, and a box containing fake $2.5 million in 1000 dollar bills.

The security and intelligence community chiefs that talked about the vigilance that prevented the planned attack of Lagos three weeks ago failed to disclose to the public the magnitude of weapons the masterminds of the terror act had deployed for the failed operation and the main target.
